I told you before and I'll tell you again LOH has no choice but to make this deal work !
Maybe they couldn't get the $20 million?, I'm bloody happy about that because the market didn't like the deal.
So now Loh is going to accept shares only......so if he fails he loses every thing........which is fine by me ;-)
