And the following are people who participated in the last capital raising and conveniently dumped massive amounts in the past 2 weeks:

    Social Investments
    Toltec Holdings
    Nefco Holdings

All introduced by the same broker I think. Wonder if that is the broker that is stupid enough to contemplate underwriting the rights issue.

I wonder if we can assume from the ann. today that LUM/Vertigo haven't picked up the street furniture contracts in the US - surely if they had, they would announce that prior to doing this ridiculous fund raising activity at 1.1c. I also notice they didn't even bother calling the diehard LUM investors like me that have put substantial amounts of money into the pockets of the likes of Wally Borovac and they haven't even had the courtesy of asking us first if we would like to help fund the company.

Screw this company and it's f***** pathetic greedy management. Paying guys like Wally $200k per year to do the yearly pre-Christmas hand the plate around the table to pay for his and his mates next year of wages is now habitual. Some in this company really have to be stopped ASAP.

At least Tim Ingram appears sincere - sticking his mates money in and probably copping some flack for losing it so quickly for them. Also appears he hasn't collected a wage yet.

I think the shareholders also deserve to have a better explanation of why the Vertigo China alliance has been ditched. Lack of performance? Senior employees wanting to pull the pin?

I wasn't going to go to the AGM but I think I will now
