    Perhaps JH [CTP] has been offered a JV with RER?
    I'd like to see that happen!
    Very simple logic:
    RER has the technology [which has been proven in the laboratory].
    CTP has more coal than it can ever ever use!
    Might explain the urgency of the CR?
