You could have a point there! I am just trying to get another theory out there. Its just the coincidence was really playing on my mind. I do agree however that acquisitions are very complex. Perhaps a deal was spoken about informally from a while ago?

I don't think its coincidence that at the last meeting I was present at, JH made a point of waxing lyrical about his fondness for CNX's technology and the role that possibly would play with CTP. I always looked at Carbon Energy as too expensive a prospect for merger or acquisition for little old CTP, so I thought perhaps a technology licensing agreement or something of that nature. With ROG in our ball-park of "affordability" (A term that I use carefully), and with similar technology, I naturally explore the theory.

In any case, it looks more positive for central, and I believe the story will be good for us all. JH has certainly got the whole path mapped out in his mind. We're slowly getting to see it!
