    Offer price of 5c higher than current SP.

    To get the required take up they do need some good news flow otherwise most punters would not contribute.

    Interesting to note the release advises funds raised will be used for, among other expenditure, the exercise of EDEO and the support of Eden Innovations (if enough is raised...)
