You've asked a lot of questions in that post.

1/ Solomon's and the RI. Well there didn't appear to be any other available funding options. I haven't seen any evidence of Insto's or Industry buying on market or knocking down GS's door to offer capital. Hence the RI was last resort. And when Directors ask shareholders to contributeto a RI then those Directors must take up their entitlement, surely?

2/ From ACP to a new site. Well ACP got very real when the access road was nearing completion. At the 11th(?) hour, EDE purchase another site that doesn't come with government officials at various levels breathing down your neck.? Ahh, breathing space. A sigh of relief in times of poor sales?

3/ Dulux. Call the Chairman of Dulux and any of its Board and ask if they've heard of EdenCrete. The answer would be interesting. Where are the OZ trial results and approvals? Where is the product coming from to distribute? Where is Parchem's investment in EDE?

The AGM is close. A good opportunity to ask some questions.
