that way do best to avoid any pointing of fingers of holding back news.

would look dodge for ANZ to be out one day, and a major announcement to come out the next.

I think I remember something where they stated they always try to leave distance between director purchases and announcements to avoid any appearance or possiblity of insiding, i would expect this time around to be the same.

so assuming ANZ sell the remaining 2.7% that they hold (by my calcs) would guess announcement mid to late august which lines up with what EPITMANN said in his return thread
