True although there is a clear distinction here:

(1) a sell sentiment is more likely that they don't hold the stock and are posting negative comments about the stock and making NO profit

(2) a held sentiment and (short) they clearly hold the stock via their broker and are making negative comments on the stock to clearly make a profit!
