Commenting as a non investor in this stock, yes, foreigners are pragmatic as far as investment is concerned. Many companies operating in Africa are registered at the TSX or London.
If they see that the share price in Australia is too low then the Marketmaker will buy stock here to sell at a good profit overseas.
IMHO, the price will therefore stabilize sooner or later.
