I really l;ike PEK and hold but it is obvious that a placement is coming.
Cash at 31/12/11: $5.7m
Ngualla Acquisition: 24.3m PEK shares plus US$6m in cash
Settlement on or before 18th February, 2012.
The question for me is whether this will be to a strategic investor willing to pay a premium or not. The market is certainly signalling that it will be a regular placement to sophisticated investors probably priced around 45 cents.
Trading halt coming within days imo. After Ngualla is settled I expect the strong rise will continue.
