My immediate thought is that the board alone makes these decisions till now.Driven by AH thoughts
Most of the CR in the last 18 months have been at very short notice.
As time has progressed the board has changed and gained more expertise in this area and hopefully a combined input from all concerned. As we have witnessed multiple wells have been drawn from. A lot of well men available to raise capital at the moment, so its not too hard to get some enthusiasm from these providers.
I agree that it is probably time for others to set the direction but IMO AH wont like to let go of the dominant position.
