I think your proposal may come into play if and when a substantial long term/cornerstone investor arrives with more shares than AH. This will happen with the 2 Zari boys but not sure how active they will be. IMO it will take another entity who is proactive and will take AH on for better or worse.
One thing i am sure of in my own mind that AH loves to be in total control.
