Shady why the sudden concern? We have AH who has board experience going back many years. Jonathon Murray who is a lawyer specialising in Corperate stuff, Linda Piani who is an accountant. Tanzanias top lawyer pretty much whos name eludes me.

We lost Mark Maine, who was a very clever guy but he is still a major shareholder and still consults from time to time for the company so hes not completely out of the picture.

But I believe Jonathon and Linda have taken up much of his work.

We have a longstanding relationship with Shaws which IMO has served us well. And a new relationship started with Roths whos new shares are yet to settle but with their contacts, location and capital, well, you have to be very optimistic what that can lead to.

Im wondering why you are worried at this point about T/O threats, anyone could have jumped in the last 8 weeks for sub 30c per share. We are not completely out of the woods on the low T/O front, but all a company can do is keep pushing good results and hard work to get the SP up. Placements to safe hands help too and building shareholder recognition of what we have.

Its us who T/O proof the company and by being commited not to sell out cheaply, and we know what we have.

Sadly you cant hire Sandline mercenaries to guard the front door! Melville shire have rules against it, Ive enquired for my nieces 18th! Lol!

I think things are going fine Shady and i think AH and the team are doing a great job in a very work intensive time for the company, but if you have concerns please elaborate.

Maybe external financial advice is a good idea, but thats what Johathons company specialise in so maybe part of AHs cunning plan was to get him onboard and get the advice for free at everyboard meeting Lol!
