I have little doubt Kiril believes he is speaking honestly. He only goes by what he is told. I'm not shooting the messenger.
The thing is, I don't believe management.
Been in this game long enough to realise when 1 + 1 does not equal 6 (or should that be, equal $15m). Problem is, not all of us have been in the game long.
