Taking the last two anns at face value there must be an egm/agm soon as both notes require shareholder approval.The latest note requires approval before 31 oct 2008 which is prior to the scheduled agm.
So one could speculate that an EGM could occur soon, could this mean ATO approval for RLL will be shortly announced?
