Not to sure what the reason is for us to declare what our holdings are however if it is to band together to block a low ball offer then the only way would be for everyone to sign the proxy form into the name of an elected person who would then cast the vote but what's the difference in doing that and deciding on here that the offer is sh*t and we collectively reject whatever is offered.
I have seen many on here who have stated they would accept 15-20cents (I think Tony stated once he would even accept 12cent!!) but think when the time comes and the SP starts to head upwards at a rapid pace I think human greed will overcome all previous statements.
Just IMO but don't think we need to do anything other than decide on here that we will accept or reject and I can see even this could cause problems, I also think we would need to get an agreement of the mods to relax the rules somewhat to let posters free to express their views without being banned etc
