Hi Mr H ........ I agree that, judging by the capping of the SP, the signs for a friendly TO do not look good however it could be a cornstone investor trying to mope up as many shares as possible as low as possible before he needs to front up and put his money down for whatever number of additional shares he needs however, if an investor is looking to be a cornstone, I would rather management issue additional shares to gain finance and give the investor his ~<20%, this would hopefully leave FAR with cash to proceed to the next set of three wells and subsequently increase the SP.
