That is simply incorrect. Corruption exists in all corridors of power especially when there is no oversight. The misappropriation of taxpayer's funds affectionately referred to as "rorts" as detailed by the ANO for political gain is one such example. There are several others that I'm sure you are aware of. It is naive to imagine there is a glass ceiling on corruption.
