Can someone please give me a quick explanation of the SPP? This is how I see it...We (NCM s/holders) can purchase up to $5,000 worth of shares at $27.00 (= 185 shares). How is this possible when they are trading at close to $37? Am I correct in saying that it's an easy $1,850? When s/holders subscribe to the SPP, this will force the share price down won't it?
