I just looked at the trading by the director. He is buying and selling, on dates close to each other. It cant be a good sign if your director is busy tradng the market rather than running it.
These guys, Frost especially, have been accused of running schemes to ramp stocks. They work with their brokers.
I know the brokers are out there reading this. You know it!!! and it happens to other stocks too.
