    I am in because i dont see any ambiguity regarding finance. I see a promise for finalising documentation (already drawn up therefore) 'relating' to an increase and extension and i cite:

    "...while company finalises loan documentation relating to an increase in total amount of its facilities and a longer term extension of the maturity date of its facilities".

    How do you take this statement as someone from the outside now?
