Kenton don't forget if HB didn't in fact PURCHASE 300,000 shares when it was diving, that it may have kept diving further.
The simple fact is there is less buying pressure than selling pressure so the price drifts downwards.
When the buyers have to compete with each other due to increased DEMAND the price will move up.
Blaming traders for the share price is a fundamentally flawed argument.
In fact it will be the day traders who carry this thing higher if / when it happens.
So you can't have it both ways.
No, you need to question why your company refuses to supply detailed numbers on profit and loss, which prevents an accurate valuation to be given to the stock.
Also, question why is it that if a potential acquisition is so good, why is no-one willing to lend the money for it rather than the Co. issuing more equity.
If the project economics stack up, a lender would provide finance. I'm not talking about a lender of last resort either.
