Yeah I just watched a Kamala Harris interview from January (when she was still in the mix for the top job..), she'll actually push really hard on this. Biden has already declared he'll only go the one term so it'll be all her within 4yrs for the Democrats anyway & unless the Republicans want to risk it being a voting issue, they'll have to let The Donald move on it quickly.
As I have said earlier though I'm not relying on the US anytime soon so this does come as a "possible" nice little bonus for now. The timing of any such move would have obvious varying effects on individual companies with respect to how & where they're positioned at that moment.
Things heating up in all fascists around this stock suddenly. Certainly exciting.. but I've been excited for weeks.
