Its good to see that as an Australian company operating under Australian laws and China laws that Jatcorp is now providing copies of corporate governance documents on their website.

I have not seen any indication of bad behavior from this company. No suspect deals. I think because they deal mainly in China the law there is a bit stricter and punishment even for white collar crime is severe apparently .
