    Not sure if they're really interested in playing games like that tho. Seems like its business first and release announcements when they're ready to be announced. Due to all the subsidiaries having to report to jat for each quarterly the quarterly is always towards end of the month. The capital is probably needed asap to capitalise on Chinese new year
