Vic is still dry. We had some rain over the past few days but it is a long way before we get back to normal.
Melbourne reservoirs sitting at 30% capacity. I am a city boy and can't tell you much about rural rains. I think there are some Victorian dairy farmers who get on Hotcopper, maybe they can give us a rain status?
