    Yep, HIG may have some issues but every problem has a price and HIG's appears to be 25c which (by a complete stroke of luck) happens to be the secondary 100% retracement.

    Trading a tight 10% band and not looking like falling or rising..well, maybe rising - but just in the last day or so.

    Just thought I would mention it.
