    Yes. (in one word) for medium and long-term players. People seem to have overlooked the landowner issue appears now to be out of their way - Two key risks remain:

    Can they develop and manage a mine

    PNG implodes.

    To my view, the price is massively over discounted for these risks. Form your own view.
