Good luck at the meeting to you and any of the others who are able to go. Really would love to be there and ask a few questions myself but glad people like you are local and can go and find out what is really happening, assuming that actually know !

Give them hell on behalf of all of us. Whether anybody believes they deserve it or not, it goes without saying that they have overseen the destruction of 80% of the value of our equity in the last 12 months alone and that is set to become a 90% loss after todays meeting. These percentages are generous as they assume we all paid a lowly 1c as per the previous rights issue. Anybody who paid more has lost a much higher percentage. If management aren't responsible for this then who the hell is ?

I do wonder if management actually had any idea they were being hoodwinked. They seemed to have no idea when the Philipino did it to us and seemed blissfully unaware this time also, but were they really ?

Anyway, would be nice if they would provide full disclosure on the conditions of this deal and what breach was made by MST. Also what exactly did this cost us to pay all the legal expenses etc ? How can holders evaluate if these guys are fit to run this company if we don't know what they agreed to or how/why they breached the agreement costing us valuable resources that we don't actually have ?
