For all the so called support for the company to succeed it has been a relentless and methodical push to destroy the company's value and take control by some party(s).

The immediate 'theft' of half the rights issue funds is damning indictment on all concerned, just as the company appeared to be turning the corner.

It the company does survive the convertible notes my be converted at .1 cents which effectively hands over control and dilutes even the .3 cent rights issue holders out of the picture.
