Good post Giddy.

Agree, I think calls for ASIC attention is a bit fanciful. Knowing something and proving it is altogether different. In terms of recognition MST also presents little value to them - very small Market cap, complicated circumstances and few high profile holders. ATSIC's limited resources are better directed elsewhere if it is to make the most of those resources.

Simply put, there is the way it should be. Then there's the way it is. I think shares purchased for MST are purchased in that understanding these days.

We are on our own. That said, i remain optimistic.
