Discussions between Lachlan Star (LGM's major shareholder) and Carlton are ongoing- despite the agreement having lapsed, and whilst this may or may not lead to a further agreement, if it does, we may be offered 20c per LGM share for 2/3 of our shares, as per the lapsed deal.
there are dlearly people who see value in LGM, and that value may (or may not) be released to LGM shareholders. Don't panic.
