    These charts seem to differ with your views.
    First chart is the OIX (index of large US oil co's) V the sp500, the second is OIX v nasdaq. Both over 5 years.
    I looked at other time frames as well, surprisingly the oix comes out ahead of the nasdaq even over 10 years, I'll put that one in as well.
