There are still some things that a shopfront can do that online can't (yet).
Picking the correct size, deciding whether a perfume, makeup, etc. suits a person all needs to be done firsthand.
Retailers need to figure out how to protect and adequately change for this service. That may even things up. Currently bricks and mortar retails are still the predominant distributor of most physical goods and they need to use that clout with their suppliers.
My biggest worry about DJS is the quality of management. Really dumb comments from Zahra after the profit downgrade, geez if he is prepared to blame the carbon tax he has no concept of taking responsibility for inaccurate forecasts. I should have jumped ship when McInnes left. I might just go have a read of the Premier threads.
