There are many thinking this way Russiancircles. The political system will be quick to pick up on this.
(Revelation 17:16) And the ten horns that you saw, and the wild beast, these will hate the prostitute and will make her devastated and naked, and they will eat up her flesh and completely burn her with fire.
In plain language this is saying these political powers(10 horns) will turn on false religion(prostitute),make her devastated & naked(expose her to scrutiny as deserving of destruction),eat up her flesh (her wealth) & completely burn her with fire(total destruction).
The mistake they will make is to think they can deal the same way with true religion.
