No different to any other construction project.
The technology will be licensed from Westinghouse or Bechtel, something like that.
The structure will be built by normal tradespeople, there would be specialist welders required for the piping etc.
They can be imported.
ANSTO run the current reactor in Australia, our partners in AUKUS or the French could help with personnel.
Nothing is impossible, if the will is there then we can make it happen.
