I think the offer seems fair. I have an equal mix of heads and oppies. I don't see the dilution as a problem as it is at a $1.00 and it gives the company a bit more breathing space, time wise before it will require these funds from the new oppie issue. In any case dilution as a problem as long as it does not happen to cheaply. Realistically we could have a couple of drill holes completed in Puntland by this time next year and a number of JVs, so here's hoping we will be over $1.00 by this time next year.
