and it goes like this -
1. It's in the USA, the California oil/gas fields actually.... so it's on dry land....
2. It's reported finding really significant gas deposits.....
3. It's building a pipeline to the distribution hub to sell its gas any time soon.....
4. Oil/Gas prices are at super record price levels and tipped by some to get even higher....
5. It's share price is 4.4c.....
....... what's that? are you sure it's only 4.4c? haven't you misread it?..... how can it be that low?.......
See - NEO makes no sense until you also know that -
1. It hyped its earlier drill results.
2. After nearly a year it still hasn't released flow rates.
3. The ASX was so concerned about NEO's financial position that it sent it a 'please explain' demand about how it intended to stay in business.
4. That it was spun out of the failed AZL company.
5. That it has a 'big brother' who considers its jv with NEO a sideshow.
Any reasonable analysis says that a healthy company in NEO's position, one with real rather than imagined prospects, should be doing much, much better with regard to its sp. That NEO has been travelling sideways for so long now, moving a fraction of one cent every day surely says something - except I guess to the HC diehards who want me to believe that success is just around the corner.....
no one can predict anything in the market - so as always, anything is possible, but you'd have to say on the face of it that something doesn't add up here. If NEO's prospects were genuine, why doesn't its sp reflect that? - after all, the sp is supposed to reflect a company's future earning potential.
Obviously the market doesn't think NEO has much of that.
not me, meatheads, the market............
