Well it defies belief that management would hold out a vision that Xceed Resources will grow to produce a minimum of ten million tonnes of coal products annually, springboarded by the Moabsvelden thermal coal project, would change its mind and take a low ball offer so soon after the issue of performance shares.

Anyway, I have to believe it and am thus planing to unload and move on, there are other opportunities but I am a lot wiser and will remember this experience.

Didnt they float this company at 20 cents? Sell for 14?

Good luck people and I do hope a decent offer comes through or manangement proceed with their advertised plan.
