Hendo1, over time I have had extensive chats with ASX and with Pharmanet re information.
in the past John Palermo tried to issue information releases but was told the asx is not there as a newsletter service....

But I am reminded when we got our first deal of product in 220 chemists and it was announced with no pre-open... the same week POH has a release stating their product going into david Jones stores (about 40) it went into pre open...


I quizzed the asx and after 2 re submissions all they said was the 2 announcements were released under correct guidelines...

The asx determines if its market sensitive or not... again I asked please explain... they basically sai refer to their previous email...

One rule for some one for others...

We are a small company in Australia trying to make a go of it with no support, but we wont give up trying !!
an excellent product...just need the market to pay attention and overseas companies to give us a license
