I am disappointed, as an original POK holder, with the time it has taken from listing for Buddy to show its true worth. However, I am satisfied with the decisions that the Board has taken in attempting to advance the company over the past three years.

Buddy was always a long term hold, and as stated in the original Prospectus, the risks were spelt out quite distinctly. They still exist, to a degree, within the LIFX acquisition.

I hold, and will continue to hold with a renewed confidence, given the opportunities and possibilities available with this marriage of technologies that can only provide an exceptionally diverse range of appeal to both business and personal interests. There is a whole lot more available in the future than what some posters on here are looking at, ie. sales of smart bulbs.

IMO data still is the "New Oil" which was one of the attractions of Bud in the early days, and the ability to store and secure this data for future use and benefit financially is being overlooked by some. This opportunity will certainly be enhanced with the LIFX acquisition.

This is all IMO and subject to correction.

Making outrageous revenue forecasts, claiming deals that don’t exist, continually talking up the long line of customers waiting for Ohm, missing every deadline and decling qtr revenue of -36%

Yet some people are satisfied. Amazing what people will tolerate isn’t it.
