Ok, there's an "lol" at the end, but strong rules apply to Directors of a publicly listed company as to the windows where buying/selling can occur and the announcement to shareholders.
yes the SP is down. Yes we are all disappointed at a number of aspects of BUD, but at the end of the day investment in such a company always had an increased risk. Many like myself weighed the potential risk/reward before deciding whether or not to buy in. Hopefully not too many erred on the side of going too heavy on such a stock. I certainly didn't. The heavy weight investors are quite possibly the most vocally negative right now.
Personally I choose to hold my smallish parcel and watch with interest the next couple of quarterlies and the LIFx model to see if there is realised opportunity for each to step into a new territory (consumer/commercial and vice versa).
