They are also mates with Microsoft and QFY as well and probably a bunch of other tech stocks, one doesn't have smart home control and the other makes smart home controllers. I would love to see them to keep JV'ing, getting exclusive supply agreements and widening the brand as long as it is for the betterment of the company.
Why wouldn't you work with your mates and continue to chase a service or portfolio that ring fences the client and makes you the smart choice as to which IOT/ Smart home provider you are going to go with.
For me that is just good business.
