    Not a word on the supposed 'verbal' agreements from the customers of Digicel that were supposedly the biggest ever for the company.

    Would love to know what has changed so dramatically from an executive saying 'yes we are going to proceed' to 'no we won't at this time'. That is a major concern for me.

    I think we can safely say they will not be proceeding.
