LIFX is the second largest seller of these smart lights in the world behind a multi billion business in Philips Hue. The lights and their sensors are awesome. Go on line and buy one. Dont go to kogan as they are sold out.!!! In terms of a deal, this will prove to be the cheapest deal on the asx this year. 1.6 times 2018 revenue and 0.8 times 2019 gross revenue forecasts. Find me a better deal in the last 36 months if you can. 1Ronnie. There is a challenge for you whilst you are resting under your bridge!
As for "cant stay a float" ---where did you get that information? Is that because the EBITDA was negative during the expansion period?? LIke UBER and amazon and most EVERY other startup. That is very different to wanting access to funds to expand rapidly and fast track to profitability, which is what bud will do for the LIFX business.
As for a market cap of $200m or about 12c after the deal dilution, thats not a big deal, given the revenues and revenue forecasts. The ASX average revenue to market cap for coy in the technology space and expanding this quickly is around 8 times. The ASX average is about 3.5 times gross revenues. Including banks and miners and tech. So to get your breakeven and using asx average you only need 57m revenue this year. And ZERO value for bud ohm and cloud business.
