In saying that all retail companies hit a tipping point that is hard to keep pushing forward, meaning getting more revenue in becomes difficult.

In saying that LIFX looks like it hasn't hit that point yet so I like the deal. Competition is the only issue in the future as the foundation of being number two is built.

Reducing cost to get cash flow positive is a must this is my only concern as the bulbs will sell.
