The ICC hasa policy of concluding arbitration casesin under 6 months so we are hopeful ofresolution before the end of the yearand will release material informationregarding the case as it comes to light.

I believe some of the issues/unrealistic expectation we have in understanding the PE issue are down to the quality of the statements from FAR I am hoping that the 2018 AR will shed some light on matters and that the story/position reflects reality.
