Yes we seem to have moved thread re fudning but as pointed out by some of the posters the funding environment for any of the parties may have shifted as overall risk as moved up a notch. 

So while the focus is on the FAR deal and rates are we confident our other current JV parties and in partciular WPL are really going to be in a position, internally or externally, to commit cash with the arbitration unresolved - think not.  Its not just WPL either as if CNE are looking to sell prior to development then the incoming party will want all outstanding issues sorted me thinks so the pressure is not just on FAR.
