“I just got off the phone with Slater and Gordon's solicitor. There are two components to what we are trying to do. One is the injunction and the other is the class action suit. The injunction concerns all of the people who had asked for the directors to be removed. The second part concerns those who want to start a class action suit. The injunction will cost around $20,000 of which $10,000 must be deposited before the solicitors take any action. The class action suit viability study will cost between $3,000 and $5,000.”

I will not be attending the meeting on 07-04-09 as I intend to contribute that day earnings (I am a contractor and will get money if I attend office else I will not get it) and the flight charges towards the legal expenses.
The legal action will not be initiated until the outcome of the meeting on 07-04-09 is known.
