I think Boeing or EADS will only start to consider QHL once QHL is producing stable qantities and earning significant cash flow.
My concern is as follows:
1. We agree that QHL is producing, but is it producing small test qty batch or is it likely to go into commerical production
2. How many more years does it need to start producing large qty? and are the contracts rock solid?
3. How much more Capex would it require
